How safe are AeroDive products?
The AeroDive T500 complies with the PPE (EU)2016/425 standard and has been tested according to the EN 250:2014 standard for breathing apparatus. This is the European standard for diving equipment, which determines whether the device meets the requirements for depth and high breathing loads. The device was tested at a breathing rate of 62.5 liters per minute, immersed in water at a pressure of 6 bar (equivalent to a depth of 50 meters).
Nevertheless, the use of an AeroDive product by inexperienced divers at depths greater than 3 meters is prohibited.
Before using any AeroDive product, it is mandatory that you read and understand all safety guidelines and the user manual .

Does AeroDive offer a warranty on its products?
Yes! We offer a 12 month warranty on all AeroDive products. For more information, please refer to our user manual and warranty (see below these questions).
What depth does the AeroDive T500 operate to?
For the safety of the user, the use of the AeroDive T500 by an inexperienced diver is limited to a maximum diving depth of 3 meters. It is strictly forbidden for an inexperienced diver to dive deeper than 3 meters.
What happens if I go deeper than 3 meters?
Nothing will happen to the AeroDive T500 cylinder; this limit is only set to limit the risk for the user. Even at a depth of 1 meter there are risks for the user. For this reason, the safety instructions must always be followed.

What kind of air is in the AeroDive T500?
The AeroDive T500 cylinder contains compressed air, the same air as the outside air that everyone breathes. It is the same air that is used in professional diving cylinders .
How long does it take to refill the AeroDive T500?
With the AeroDive - Hand Pump:
- 2 to 3 sessions of 5 minutes.
You should refill the AeroDive T500 in 5-minute sessions, allowing the pump to cool for at least 2 minutes in between.
With the AeroDive - Electric pump:
- About 12 minutes.
With the AeroDive - Adapter:
- 3 - 5 seconds.
Can I use another pump/compressor to refill the cylinder?
Our AeroDive T500 is only compatible with AeroDive refill methods .
Both the AeroDive - Hand Pump and the AeroDive - Electric Pump are equipped with built-in air and oil filters to ensure the air is clean and safe .
Can I take AeroDive products on the plane?
Yes, when transporting AeroDive products by plane, you must remove all air from the cylinder and unscrew the pressure regulator.
You must also declare that the cylinder is empty and opened .
After flying, always test AeroDive products before use.
After using an AeroDive product, you must wait at least 24 hours before flying.
From what age can I use the AeroDive products?
There is no minimum age for using AeroDive products.
Make sure you never dive alone.
All users of AeroDive products are required to read and understand the safety instructions.
